We are currently hiring a Project Coordinator to provide support in organizing and executing projects efficiently. The person filling this role will report directly to the Office Manager as well as work directly with one of our Department Managers. This is a 24/7 business so personal drive and commitment to growth of the business is expected. The person filling this position must possess the drive, experience, and capacity to be a future Office Manager for this location or one of our many others across the Front Range and U.S. as opportunities for advancement present themselves.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist department manager with scheduling, timelines, obtaining of permits, and coordination
- Answer phones to assist our customers in a professional manner
- Work with various software and online tools including: Field Edge, Quickbooks, Google Drive, Microsoft suite.
- General data entry and invoicing
- Prepare weekly reports, monthly statements, etc.
- Assist with accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of project coordination or office management experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
