- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals
```Requirements```
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience or the ability to effectively upsell products and services is a plus
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers
