Administrative Data Entry Specialist with Customer Support
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry Specialist for our Membership Services department. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and providing administrative support while handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities, excellent data entry skills, and professional communication capabilities.
Duties
· Perform accurate data entry of membership information, account updates, and customer records into our database system
· Process and verify new customer documentation, maintaining detailed digital files and records
· Update and maintain customer account information, ensuring all notations and records are complete and accurate
· Handle administrative tasks related to membership subscriptions, including processing paperwork and maintaining filing systems
· Support customer communication through phone and digital channels, addressing account-related inquiries
· Maintain organized digital filing systems and administrative records
Requirements
· Proven experience in administrative work with strong emphasis on data entry and record keeping
· Demonstrated proficiency in accurate data entry and typing skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
· Professional communication skills
· Must be proficient on the computer, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and technical skills, Experience with office software and database systems
· Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
· Ability to organize and prioritize administrative tasks effectively
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Creole)
· Background in clerical or administrative support preferred
Base salary: $16/hour
Must be local to Palm Beach or Broward County / Central Boca Raton location with good transportation.
Mon-Friday 9-6PM or 10-7PM only, No weekends!
