Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the global go-to-market partnership with our most strategic partners. You will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy that expands AFL's reach, unlocks new revenue streams, and fuels customer success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and handling strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on driving quantifiable revenue growth and enhancing market presence.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the consultative selling of managed telecommunications services. Goals will include new logo acquisition and driving growth from the existing customer base in selling the company's suite of managed services and products. To include but not limited to AV, Security, OSP, WiFi, Wireless, DAS, fiber optic infrastructure, monitoring and Professional Services.
- Your responsibilities will span business development, program coordination, and technology outreach, all aimed at fostering collaboration and driving revenue growth.
- Act as a concierge to our Strategic Partners.
- You must be equally comfortable at an event booth discussing our technology as you are in a meeting with C-suite influencing industry leadership.
- Develop program plans and execute against them, monitor business performance against the plans.
- Collaborate extensively with marketing to ensure capture stories of impact and position our partnerships to create powerful stories and content.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to prepare for the integration of future technologies.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to deploy advanced telecommunications solutions across partner portfolios.
