We are seeking to bring on 3 new motivated individuals to our team in Western North Carolina. We offer work at home positions with occasional in the field time and training required.

No experience is necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided via our Aflac Sales Academy, a world-class training program.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage in insurance sales and outside sales
- Basic negotiation skills and a willingness to learn
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Multilingual or abilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with marketing and sales administration concepts
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
