- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with their insurance policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales strategies and improve client engagement.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques as needed to reach potential clients and promote services.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and provide guidance on policy options.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred; retail sales experience is also beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and understanding of HIPAA regulations is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales or telemarketing environments will be considered an asset.
