We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Relief Supervisor to join our team and take charge of overseeing production operations. You’ll play a key role in supervising and motivating teams to meet production goals, ensure quality, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and manage the production process to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and ensure all quotas and deadlines are met.
- Assign tasks, analyze productivity, and streamline workflows to optimize performance.
- Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures while solving problems and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Manage production schedules, assign labor, and track shift progress to minimize overtime and resolve any issues that arise.
- Foster strong relationships with the union and follow all collective bargaining agreements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Be ready to step in and cover PTO across all shifts and production departments as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills to manage schedules and data.
