Overview
AFP Management Corp is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction and renovation of our expanding portfolio of hotel properties. As an owner's representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large, complex hospitality/construction projects from design to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction and renovation projects simultaneously
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of capital projects, including planning, estimating, and scheduling
