- Develop strategies to influence staff behavior, improve the experience and drive member engagement.
- Apply advanced organizational and project management skills to manage program deadlines and deliverables
- Provide leadership to ACS Employment Services, Supported Work, and Volunteers.
- Monitor status, outcomes and service delivery of programs and projects. Adjust goals and timetables to meet contract obligations.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
- Assure quality program services are provided and appropriate documentation is maintained.
- Ensure the appropriate supervision and development of staff; monitor performance and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, retention and development of a diverse workforce, ensuring adherence with ACS policies and procedures.
- Establish pre-hiring and retention curriculum based on the needs of the program and the providers.
- Oversee program audits, expenditures and performance. File responses; produce reports.
- Ensure contract objectives are achieved on a regular basis.
- Supports in developing proposals for program advancement opportunities.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with vendors and community partners.
- Positively represent programs and participant needs to funding sources, business, media, legislative, public and nonprofit communities.
- Demonstrate competence using WF1, Maxis and other State, County and agency database systems.
- Promote and support involvement in the ACS commitment to undoing racism and reducing disparities
Required Skills and Experiences:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or organizational management or 6 years’ experience in service or service operations or 10 years’ experience in non-profit industry.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Persuasive oral and written communication
- Able to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Highly organized with a track record of delivering a high level of client service in a timely manner
