Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment processes, managing relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires a strong understanding of employee relations, campus recruitment, and various HR technologies.
Duties
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including HR sourcing, cold calling, and campus recruitment, to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers.
- Maintain and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and UltiPro to streamline recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and promote employer branding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) and recruiting software (e.g., Taleo).
- Excellent interviewing skills with a focus on identifying top candidates based on organizational fit.
- Demonstrated ability in employee relations and relationship management to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods including social media platforms, job boards, and networking events.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
