- Develop and execute effective recruiting programs, plans and processes that ensure diversity, high quality and strong organizational fit
- Focus on process improvement and project management across our 40 subsidiary companies
- Develop and implement creative recruitment solutions
- Implement talent programs, such as internships and referral programs, to cultivate a robust talent pipeline
- Own vendor relationships with posting platforms and recruiting systems/tools
- Develop and maintain networking relationships with community and alumni organizations, colleges and universities, and industry organizations
- Coach HR and recruiting on compliance with background check process, Federal Contractor program, and posting requirements
- Source and recruit on positions as needed
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- 5 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Have worked in a highly matrixed or similar organization
- Have led the development of a talent acquisition program in a large organization
- Experience working with an ATS, preferably SAP/Success Factors
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- SPHR or PHR certification is a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
