Job Overview
We are seeking to hire a part-time Office Assistant.
Mon-Wed: 8am - 5pm.
Thur: Off.
Fri: 8am - 5pm.
Compensation will be discussed at time of Interview.
Qualifications
- Two years of Office-work experience.
- Customer Service experience - Bilingual.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Valid Driver's License for Parts pickup.
- Must be Punctual.
Duties
- Perform general office tasks such as Filing, Data Entry, and organizing of Documents.
- Create Invoices based off of notes provided from Labor/repairs Performed.
- Email and/or submit Invoices to customers through online programs such as: Holman.
- Handle In-person payments, over-the-phone payments, & online payments.
- Assist with in-person & over-the-phone Customer Service (Bilingual).
- Occasional Pick-up of Diesel Parts at Dealerships such as: Kenworth, Freightliner, etc.
- Occasional ordering of Diesel Parts Online or over-the-phone through Dealerships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
