About the Position:
- Provide outstanding client service and support.
- Assist with new client onboarding and document management.
- Utilize DocuSign, scanning, and electronic filing.
- Perform basic money movement functions.
- Process trades as directed by the Financial Advisor.
- Monitor and process RMDs.
- Prepare for and attend client review meetings.
- Develop and implement plans based on client reviews.
- Create and maintain efficient workflows.
- Conduct research on clients and securities through back-office systems.
- Manage databases and generate reports using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in cross-training.
Requirements:
- Hold Series 7, 63, and Series 65 licenses.
- Possess 3 years of experience as a Registered Sales Assistant.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of online trading, client service, and compliance.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
