Role: LPN/LVN
Location: Utica, NY
Contract Duration: 13 weeks contract with a possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $34.45/hr to $37/hour (Local rate)
TRAVEL RATE AVAILABLE!! *Permanent Address must be beyond 75 miles radius

Work Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week
Shift: 2:30p-10:30p or 10:30p-6:30a

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS (Applicants will be denied if these requirements are not met)
- 1 years experience
- NY license required
- BLS (AHA) required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Long Term Care
- 40 bed unit
- Must float to all units (same building)
- EMR: PointClick Care
- Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care
