">We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales and Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service at our retail store in Ellsworth, WI. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with customers, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering product questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Accurately process and handle payments, ensuring accurate billing and timely resolution of customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves as needed and ensuring all products are properly displayed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
">- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the store as needed.
