As a Custom Applicator, you will gain hands-on experience and skills by primarily operating a sprayer or airflow equipment to safely apply crop protection and nutrient products for our farmer customers.

Requirements:- Operating field application equipment to safely apply crop nutrient and crop protection products.
- Handling and delivering bulk and packaged products.
- Operating blending equipment.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on fleet machinery.
- Communicating effectively with customers and team members.
- Working additional hours during the busy season, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have or be able to get a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License.
- Mechanical skills to perform equipment maintenance.
- Able to perform heavy work by lifting 60 pounds frequently, climb ladders, and work near moving equipment.
- Must be over age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
- While we prefer a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements, we need you to have reliable transportation to and from work and maintain commercial insurability.
The starting pay range for applicators new to the business is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour and is based on job-related skills, background experience, licenses held, and industry knowledge. You can earn a bonus based on application production and quality.
