Job Title: Agronomy Operations Attendant
Department: Woodburn Branch
Reports to: Branch Manager
Summary: Performs functions at the Woodburn branch that may include maintenance of equipment, plant, rolling stock, operation of forklifts, loaders, filling, loading, and delivering products, loading customers' vehicles with product, unloading of deliveries and other duties as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports Ag Plus’ stated Vision, Mission, and Business Values.
- Projects a positive attitude and image to customers and employees at all times.
- Provides outstanding and courteous customer service.
- Read and follow company employee policies.
- Implements, promotes, and supports all Ag Plus programs.
- Continuously follows the safety guidelines and safety programs established by Ag Plus.
- Performs required and requested maintenance of the Branch's product inventories.
- Delivers to customers, products and services that are sold by Ag Plus.
- Keeps the Branch Manager informed of operational, customer, vendors, or employee issues that may arise.
- Promotes the business with existing and potential customers.
- Assists in keeping all inside and outside work areas and equipment clean and orderly.
- Performs additional tasks that may be required.
- Assists at other locations or departments when requested.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three years related experience preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, maps, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver's' license and the ability to obtain an Ag CDL with required endorsements. You must have zero moving violations on your driving record for the last 2 years.
