Performs Human Resource functions and support duties including routine and non-recurring based on instructions, laws, policies and/or procedures while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and validity in the HR processes.
Job Duties
- Applicant Tracking/ Recruiting
- Job Requisition Process
- Onboarding new employees
- Process drug screens and background checks
- Maintain welcome packets for new hires
- Offboarding of separated employees
- Employee termination processing
- E-Verify
- Reset passwords & troubleshoot accesses as needed
- Maintain employee files and records
- Audit Personnel Files
- Back up for HR Payables
- Payroll support as needed
- Other duties & projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Must have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency & confidentiality
- Proficient in the use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to use various computer programs specific to the position
- Advanced knowledge & experience with Excel
- Good communication skills & telephone etiquette
- Able to work well with HR team as well as independently
- Basic Accounting skills
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources education and/or experience required.
- This is an inperson position. Applicant must be able to report to the Corporate Office in Boston GA.
