In this position, the CSR will learn key details of the insurance business from experienced team members and can have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company grows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist sales agents with completion of policy tasks
- Input data received from sales agents for insurance policies
- Supply and maintain policy documentation for agents and clients
- Manage and record tasks in CRM software
- Manage personal tasks to meet insurance deadlines
- Maintain current knowledge of agricultural markets and trends
- Establish and maintain relationships with outside agencies
- Answer office phone and direct calls as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Work Hours:
- Office Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:00pm
- Must be flexible with working outside of office hours during busy seasons

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or similar preferred
- Two to four years of experience in underwriting, customer service, insurance, finance, or similar background
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
- All Ag Service Associates employees must obtain their crop insurance license. CSR’s will have a probationary period of 9 months to obtain a State of Nebraska crop insurance license upon hire.
Salary : $42,000 - $47,000
