Care Team Driver
You will evaluate patients, create care plans, and communicate effectively with the patient, their family, and the care team. As a registered nurse on our team, you'll ensure every patient receives quality care.
Nursing Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
- 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
