Overview
We are seeking Account Executives to serve our patients with compassion and integrity. This role is responsible for coordinating patient referrals, establishing relationships with local hospitals to secure referrals, and providing education for the community and referral sources on hospice care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient referrals and establish relationships with local hospitals to secure referrals
- Provide education for the community and referral sources on hospice care
- Serve as a liaison between the agency, hospitals, medical community, and other referral sources
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in a health-related field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 pounds
