Team Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily workflow, ensuring seamless communication between clinicians, and maintaining office inventory and medical supplies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
- Assign clinician visits and prepare for interdisciplinary meetings
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and office inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
Requirements:
- Experience as a scheduling and office manager preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
