JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage insurance documentation and review/assist with contracts (leases)
- Handle escrow matters and support legal initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with legal and accounting teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years Paralegal experience; experience in healthcare organization or healthcare-related legal department preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and insurance policies
- Strong understanding of contracts, leases, and escrow agreements (healthcare context)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other legal/documentation software
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information discreetly
