Job Description: As a Paralegal with Agape Care Group, you will be responsible for managing insurance documentation, reviewing and assisting with contracts (leases), handling escrow matters, and supporting legal initiatives. You will work closely with the legal and accounting teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing insurance documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Reviewing and assisting with contracts (leases) to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handling escrow matters and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting legal initiatives and collaborating with the legal team
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of Paralegal experience. Experience working in a healthcare organization or healthcare-related legal department is preferred.
