We're looking for a skilled and dedicated registered nurse with 2 years of experience in a clinical care setting. You'll have the opportunity to work with our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and local hospice team to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To serve as the patient advocate and ensure every patient receives quality care
- To communicate effectively with patients, families, and the hospice care team
- To cover on-call after-hours shifts from Friday at 5 pm to Monday at 8 am
