We are seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who are passionate about building relationships and tailoring care plans to meet individual needs. Our PCAs provide a range of services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming,meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. You will work alongside our LPNs or RNs to execute the client's service plan, ensuring the highest level of care.
All applicants must be comfortable traveling to and working in the patient's home.

Agape Comfort Care Solutions is seeking compassionate and attentive Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team.As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized non-medical care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work under the direction and supervision of a qualified supervisor, following a care plan designed to meet each client's unique needs.

Duties:
- Provide patient care and support under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Observe and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Complete visit reports and document care provided.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 75 hours of training in personal care services.
- Good physical health and ability to meet the physical demands of the job (bending, lifting up to 30 pounds,assisting with ambulation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to access clients' homes, which may not always be wheelchair accessible.
- Strong understanding of client confidentiality (HIPAA) and ethical considerations.
- Demonstrates professionalism, trustworthiness, respect, and diligence in all interactions.
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
