What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Liaison/Marketer position at Agape Hospice Care?
Our Liaison will be responsible for expanding the market of Agape Hospice.
The primary duty includes:
Generating referrals through developing relationships and networking with personnel who work within hospitals, physician’s offices, skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, independent and assisted living centers, and other venues.
Other functions include developing an effective prospecting strategy and performing market analysis, performing sales calls, delivering formal and impromptu presentations, setting and communicating goals and plans, and adjusting strategies and plans based upon actual results.
Required Skills:
-At least 2 years of experience in Hospice marketing/business development.
-A proven track record of developing and implementing plans that yield growth and consistently meeting established referral goals.
-A positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
-Established contacts who are directly responsible for discharge planning
-Established relationships with facility and physician office personnel
