At Agape, we live by values and principles that prioritize people, encourage growth, and celebrate wins. We’re looking for a Clinical Manager who has a passion for making a profound difference in the lives of patients and their families. Our daily goal is to provide comfort by palliating symptoms, educating families, and ensuring communication throughout the care team.

A Clinical Manager at Agape is someone who can lead by example, educate, hold accountability and inspire the clinical team of RNs, LPNS, and CNAs to strive to go from good to great. We believe in setting goals and celebrating wins.

- Customer Second: We prioritize the well-being, work-life balance, and growth of our employees—because when we take care of our people, they take exceptional care of our patients.
- Accountability: We hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards of care, professionalism, and follow-through.
- Passion for Learning: Ongoing training, development, and curiosity are part of our DNA—we’re always learning and evolving.
- Love One Another: We treat one another with kindness, empathy, and respect, valuing each person as more than just a coworker.
- Intelligent Risk Taking: We encourage innovation and trust our team to make smart, bold decisions that move us forward.
- Celebration: We believe in having fun, celebrating wins—big and small—and building a workplace full of joy and connection.
- Ownership: We empower and reward team members who act like owners—taking initiative and pride in our mission.
As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our hospice ensuring the highest level of patient care.
