As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our hospice ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate clinical staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure to practice in Arizona.
• Prior experience in hospice or home health is required; at least two years of management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team environments and ability to lead with collaboration.
• Excellent observation, judgment, and communication skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to an insured, reliable vehicle.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience using Homecare Homebase software is a plus

Pay: $90000 - $97000 / year
