Agape of Appleton, a non-profit human services agency providing residential support services to individuals with differing abilities, is seeking a full-time Services Coordinator to join our leadership team. The Services Coordinator is responsible for supervision of service provision for individuals living in a variety of community settings, provides leadership to Residential Case Managers and/or Program Managers, and reports to the Chief Operations Officer.

- Supervise and provide ongoing review of all individual service provision based on Agape's philosophy and values
- Assert and safeguard the human and civil rights of individuals and their families and foster the human dignity and personal worth of each individual
- Develop programming supports to meet the needs of the individuals we serve
- Ensure that direct service hours are utilized and documented per individual service plan/care plan and contractual obligations
- Ensure effective communication both inter/intra agency
- Provide supervision, training, and ongoing evaluation of staff as outlined by Agape's policies, procedures, and management philosophy
- Provide COO with accurate and timely information and evaluation of program, staff, and participant needs
- Be knowledgeable of all state and federal regulations and Agape's policies and procedures and ensure their application
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field and/or sufficient experience and training to meet the responsibilities of the role
- Previous leadership experience in managing a small group of staff
- Possess a high standard of integrity and the ability to work with confidential information
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Organize, set priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound, independent judgement within areas of responsibility
- Ability to anticipate and apply appropriate responses in difficult and sensitive situations
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
