What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Agave & Rye?
If you love coffee, bubble tea, and crafting unique drinks, this is the job for you! We’re
looking for an energetic and creative Barista to join our team and help create one-of-a-kind
beverages that pair perfectly with our legendary cupcakes.
What You’ll Do:
Craft and serve specialty espresso drinks, bubble teas, and more.
Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the barista station.
Cross-train in baking, cashiering, and other areas when needed.
Suggest and upsell drink and cupcake pairings.
What We’re Looking For:
