Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, including Aloha or Micros.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met during food handling and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
