Role Expectation

• Guide the team with visionary leadership to excel in daily operations.
• Manifest cost-efficiency through continuous improvement projects.
• Steer the logistics and inventory management systems.
• Uphold safety standards, especially in forklift functionalities.
• Foster synchronized operations through clear communication channels with stakeholders.
• Evaluate performance metrics and craft actionable strategies.
• Roll out training programs for the team's skill enhancement.
• Ensure production work cells are stocked with necessary materials for active sales.
• Execute material relocation using forklifts.
• Shift finished goods to designated quality inspection or storage zones.

Skills & Background

• A proven track record in supply chain or an allied sector.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication techniques.
• Forklift operational experience with safety know-how.
• Team leadership capabilities in a high-pressure realm.
• Astute analytic and problem-resolution skills.
• Completion of high school (or equivalent).
• Physical readiness to lift up to 40lbs.
• SAP know-how is a plus.
