The Role: We're seeking a dedicated CMC Project Assistant (Maternity Cover) to bolster our Project Management team. As part of this dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, providing crucial support across the spectrum of planning, organizing, and reporting in multifunctional project areas. Moreover, this role offers a unique opportunity for personal growth within the realm of project management. 📊💼
Responsibilities Include:
📈 Reporting key performance indicators with precision and clarity.
🤝 Collaborating with Project Managers in customer communication, budgeting, and attending customer meetings.
📢 Spearheading effective internal communication initiatives.
📦 Coordinating shipments, managing smaller projects, and facilitating customer visits to our facility.
📑 Crafting standardized Project Change Orders in collaboration with key stakeholders.
🤝 Serving as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders during visits.
💼 Offering administrative support to Project Managers and directors.
🌟 Mentorship and coordination of student assistants.
🔧 Contributing to the implementation and maintenance of Project Management tools.
Qualifications: We're seeking individuals who exhibit proactive behavior, possess a structured approach to project management, and demonstrate a keen interest in this role. Essential qualifications include a solid background in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors with expertise in process development and/or GMP manufacturing. Additionally, a Master's (MS) degree in life sciences or chemistry is required. 📚🔬
