As senior CMC Project Manager you will lead the orderly progression of projects from proposal through project completion by interacting with the client, project team, and business development. This role provides project direction across internal functions and with external clients.
Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, developing, and integrating projects across multiple functional areas. You are expected to navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape, closely monitor and control project progression, and ensure your projects are completed on time and within budget.
You will support the project team in investigating any project challenges using risk assessment tools and techniques. Since we are a CDMO, you will also represent the company in project meetings, prepare the meeting agenda, and be responsible for following up on actions. In addition to this,

- Manage day-to-day communications and organize project team meetings.

5 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience in CMC process development and/or GMP manufacturing.
- A Master’s in life sciences, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a similar field is preferred.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing successful plans and processes to solve complex problems.
- The ability to work closely with team members across all CMC areas and with the management team to ensure coordination of all efforts and communication with all stakeholders.
- An ambitious, self-motivated, and organized personality.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (verbal, written).
