Your new role
- Oversee 3–5 projects at a time
- Project size ranges between $2-20 million.
- Oversee APMs, Subcontractors and Superintendents
- Participate in Bids, Estimating, Site walks, Scopes, and Scheduling
- Be the Lead position on projects, meetings, precon and design
- Work directly with the Design Team and Engineers on the design of the project
- Ensure smooth daily communication with clients
- Manage risks and ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Engineering or Construction Management Degree (REQUIRED)
- PMP and DBIA OR 20 years of experience in Design Build (REQUIRED)
- Clearance for government work (NAFTC, GSA, PD12, etc.) (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience in managing Design Build projects
- Ability to manage your own projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements.
