JOB SUMMARY
The Global ERP Program Director will oversee the implementation and management of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program, specifically utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires exceptional leadership, governance, and project management skills to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of the ERP solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing ERP projects within manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries, with a strong understanding of computer system validation. AGC Biologics' top management highly prioritizes the program, with strong commitment from the entire organization. The focus is currently on Template development, which is progressing well and will first be deployed in Copenhagen.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the global ERP program, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and goals.
Develop and implement governance frameworks to manage the program effectively.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
Coordinate global template and roll-out projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all regions.
Facilitate change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, through rigorous computer system validation processes.
Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Mentor and develop a team of ERP professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
LEADERSHIP AND QUALIFICATION SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Program Director or similar leadership role in ERP implementation, specifically with Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly within manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.
Extensive experience in governance, stakeholder management, and project management.
Solid knowledge of global template and roll-out project methodologies.
Expertise in computer system validation and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience in managing large-scale ERP programs across multiple regions.
Background in manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP systems.
