As the Night Shift GMP Cleaning and Sanitization Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and compliance of GMP regulated areas and ensuring facilities are properly restocked. You will also be expected to follow and document all sanitization processes in line with our SOPs and regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine and scheduled GMP cleaning and sanitization of cleanrooms, and production areas, and equipment following SOP's and GMP guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with gowning, decontamination, and sterilization procedures for controlled environments.
- Accurately document all cleaning and sanitization activities according to established SOPs and GMP standards, ensuring records are complete, up to date, and compliant.
- Restock all necessary facility supplies (e.g., gowns, disinfectants, wipes) to ensure continuous operation of GMP areas.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishment as needed.
- Conduct inspections of sanitized areas to ensure all cleanliness and regulatory requirements are met.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure cleaning protocols and documentation are audit-ready and in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the preparation for facility inspections and audits.
- Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling, waste disposal, and equipment use.
