Job Summary
We are a full-service CPA firm. Our team is searching for two reliable and task-oriented seasonal employees. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.
The positions are seasonal and have flexible hours. They will start around January 20th and be over around April 20th.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare documents for clients
- Data entry
- Some filing
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Maintain professional conduct with clients
- May have to do other clerical work from time to time
Qualifications and Skills
- Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional attitude and work ethic
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to keep information private and confidential
- Tax experience NOT required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
