What We Offer
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- This position is hybrid with a maximum of 3 days a week onsite after the first 90 days of employment.
- $65,900.00 - $81,100.00 annually
- Full benefits package that includes but is not limited to:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or other related degree; equivalency to the qualification standard will also be considered.
- 3-5 years’ experience in human resources, with an emphasis on recruitment.
- Passion for working with people and proven commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, particularly as it pertains to recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills; friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions regarding work methods and priorities. Can effectively coordinate multiple work projects, adapt to changing priorities, while meeting established deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and apply Human Resources principles, policy and procedures in making work decisions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Superior ability to effectively communicate with Human Resource team members and cross-functionally with all internal customers and candidates/new hires.
- Dedication to continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Results driven and action oriented to meet hiring needs of the business.
- SHRM or HRCI certifications.
- Manufacturing and/or semi-conductor industry experience.
- Experience with ADP (ATS/HRIS).
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge and experience sourcing passive candidates.
- Multilingual.
- Own the full cycle recruitment process, included but not limited to:
- Posting job descriptions to internal and external websites.
- Sourcing resumes of qualified candidates.
- Initial phone screening.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with selected candidates.
- Coordinating and scheduling post-interview debriefing meetings with interview team.
- Analyzing compensation data and internal equity to complete offer recommendations and delivery.
- Creation and implementation of recruitment processes, as well as documentation, communication, and training regarding changes internally throughout the organization.
- Tracks open requisitions and identifies talent through ADP WFN (ATS).
- Manages sourcing platforms and hiring strategies such as internal referrals and external platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, career fairs, and other recruitment strategies).
- Develops KPI’s in partnership with the Director of HR to influence business decisions. Responsible for pulling data and reports in support of KPI’s.
- Schedules, sends, and tracks all pre-employment requirements for each candidate while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Creates interview questions and other hiring selection materials.
- Supports hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing education and resources.
- Manages administrative tasks for pre-hires such as new hire tickets, safety shoe vouchers, welcome emails, adding employees to LMS and recognition platforms, and more as assigned.
- Develop strong relationships and trust with hiring managers, internal customers, external candidates and new hires.
- Manage career fairs, collegiate partnerships, and other external recruitment programs.
- Participate in the implementation of HR policies, programs, procedures and departmental goals and objectives.
- Respond to and resolve employee questions related to policies and procedures, benefits and other HR practices as needed.
- Responsible for leading the Events Planning Committee to foster high levels of employee engagement.
