We are seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Team and play a critical role in building our world-class engineering and product teams.

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for software developers, engineers, and product professionals. You will partner closely with hiring managers across Engineering and Product to build and execute scalable hiring strategies that align with our company’s growth. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping ScalePad’s technical hiring strategy while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.


Responsibilities.

  • Own and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Source, screen, interview, and close top technical talent through innovative and strategic methods, building and maintaining a strong pipeline via proactive outreach (LinkedIn, networking events, tech communities, etc.)
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Leverage data, market trends, and best practices to drive recruiting strategies and inform hiring decisions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, refine role requirements, and provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve technical assessments, interview processes, and decision-making, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Strengthen ScalePad’s brand in the tech community through meet-ups, hackathons, and online engagement while crafting compelling employer brand messaging to attract top technical talent
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and track key hiring metrics to optimize efforts

Qualifications.

  • 3 Years of Technical Recruiting experience, preferably in high growth SaaS or Tech Startups
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring software developers, engineers, and product professionals
  • Strong business ethic background, with quick adaptability to organizational change
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a passion and drive for fostering internal and external relationships
  • Exceptional sourcing and talent research skills
  • A highly motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
