Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Health and Safety Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, as well as compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular training sessions on health and safety protocols
- Coordinate with facility leaders to ensure corrective actions are taken
- Evaluate incident logs to identify trends and recommend preventive measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required; Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree preferred
- ~5 years' experience in an employee Health and Safety role required
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols, hazardous materials handling, OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation Law, and other regulatory requirements
