Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees on health and safety policies, practices, and regulations
- Co-ordinate with facility leaders to ensure corrective actions are taken following audits and inspections
- Work with Alfa Laval's Environmental, Health and Safety Team US to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Evaluate incident reports to identify trends and recommend preventive measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health, safety engineering)
- 5 years' experience in an employee health and safety role, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols, hazardous materials handling, OSHA regulations, and other regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in delivering safety training and related topics
