What You’ll Do:
✅ Administrative Support – Assist the construction and management teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.
✅ Data Management – Accurately enter and track project details, contracts, and vendor information.
✅ Lead Coordination – Process incoming leads, update our CRM system, and track customer progress.
✅ Contract Assistance – Help draft and review contracts while learning basic construction terminology.
✅ Purchase Orders & Inventory – Process purchase orders, track materials, and liaise with vendors.
✅ Warehouse Support – Assist with occasional warehouse tasks, including forklift operation (training provided).
✅ Office Organization – Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficient workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: At least 1 year in an administrative or similar role.

✔ Strong Communicator: Quick to respond to emails, messages, and phone calls.

Requirements:

✔ Must pass a drug test.
