- Supervise and support the daily operations of manufacturing employees
- Train and coach team members to ensure productivity, quality, and safety
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain efficiency
- Ensure adherence to production processes, safety standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments for smooth operations
- Track employee performance, attendance, and maintain records
- Foster a positive team culture and support continuous improvement efforts
- 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing or PCB/laminate production environment
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and lean manufacturing concepts
- Experience with ERP software (Oracle preferred)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- BS in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand, walk, kneel, and use hands/arms frequently
- Must comply with all OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required as applicable
