Are you an experienced salesperson with a passion for the dairy industry? Ederer's Professional Dairy Service, a leader in the dairy industry, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to take control of your own career path while offering top-quality dairy equipment and supplies to farmers and agricultural businesses.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and manage a route of customers, building long-term relationships with dairy farmers and agricultural businesses.
• Record customer interactions and contacts, maintaining up-to-date customer records in our database.
• Proactively reach out to new and existing clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Continuously grow your route by expanding your customer base and meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs, challenges, and product suggestions.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• **Proven experience in in-person sales** (experience in agriculture or a related industry is advantageous).
• A driven, self-motivated individual who understands the benefits of building a sales route and is excited by the earning potential of a base plus commission role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong goal orientation and the ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment.
• Quick adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license (vehicle provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay for 1st year: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 gauranteed Commission based on performance.

Subsequent Years: As you settle into your territory and gain more experience, the compensation will shift to a primarily commission-based structure. Commission percentages will increase, while the base salary may decrease to encourage motivation and reward performance.
