Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Human Resources Operation Specialist** to join our North America team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and providing support in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle, employee records, HR database, and HR-related requests received from employees, managers, and HR colleagues in North America.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, onboarding, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed by the new hire.
• Create and update reports to support HR decision-making and compliance with recurrent processes.
• Maintain policies and processes related to the Human Capital Strategies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Enhance employee engagement by providing support in employee relations, handling inquiries, and resolving HR Operations issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Collegial or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Experience in managing data in a payroll system and HRIS, processing payroll, and onboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laws including the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience collaborating with service departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Sales, IT, Product Development, and Engineering.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
