Job Description:
The North America team is seeking an experienced Human Resources Operation Specialist to oversee managing HR Processes, maintaining employee records, and providing support in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee life cycle, employee records, HR database, and HR-related requests received from employees, managers, and HR colleagues in North America.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, onboarding, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed by the new hire.
- Create and update reports to support HR decision-making and compliance with recurrent processes.
- Maintain policies and processes related to Human Capital Strategies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- C coordinate training on HR operations to the Human Resources team and employees.
- Enhance employee engagement by providing support in employee relations, handling inquiries, and resolving HR Operations issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Collegial or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Experience in managing data in a payroll system and HRIS, processing payroll, and onboarding processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laws, including the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience collaborating with service departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Sales, IT, Product Development, and Engineering.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
