Risk Manager – Fostoria, OH
The Risk Manager serves as business owner for the Association’s risk management activities through the development, implementation and maintenance of Association enterprise risk management, model risk management and internal controls programs.
What You'll Do:
- Be the project owner for the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) function.
- Develop and lead the Association’s enterprise and model risk management programs.
- Be the business process owner for the Association’s Risk Management Committee (RMCO), Business Continuity program and Business Continuity Committee (BCC).
- Assist senior management’s efforts to ensure the Association’s safety and soundness and to meet or exceed key result ratios, targets, goals, objectives and business plan metrics.
- Works with the Leadership on cyber risk management and the Association’s vendor management.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or Finance and/or experience equivalent
- Accounting, auditing and/or finance experience preferred
- Proven and successful project management experience
- Ability to establish priorities, take initiative, work under time pressures, exercise independent judgment while making sound decisions and recommendations.
