AGE Industries, a manufacturing company is looking to satisfy an IT support position to assist with day-to-day activities and software for our ERP system. This opportunity is great for a recent graduate looking to get some work experience with a growing manufacturing company.
Preferred Education / Qualifications:
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Windows-based client/server OS, MS productivity software such as Office 365, computer/networking hardware, TCP/IP network protocols, IOS and Android devices.
- Since end-user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.
- Must be very critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great organization skills, communicating necessary information to supervisors, as well as making suggestions for improving operations as necessary.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain and update technical documentation for the Enterprise.
- Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus.
- Basic C# coding is a plus.
- Experience with SSRS Report Builder is a plus.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Help to train users in the use of Epicor ERP System.
- Provide user support during ERP implementation.
- Windows 10 installation, configuration, and support.
- OS & application updates/installation.
- Diagnose and resolve computer system issues as they arise.
- Act as a link between end users and higher-level support.
- Collaborate with other employees to maintain standards and functionality.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Salary : $40,000
