Our clientele is made up of corporations, government entities, and high net worth individuals, all of whom expect excellence. We are looking for expert level technicians who have excellent communication and time management skills, and interest in growth and development.

Our team interacts with highly protected systems. For this reason, all new hires will undergo an FBI background check, which includes fingerprinting and identity verification. New hires will also be required to attain a CJIS level 4 certification. netGenius will assist in the preparation for this certification.

Job description

Skills

  • 3 years experience with Mac OS and Windows OS
  • 3 years experience in Mac OS MDM management
  • Experience in M365 and Google workspace
  • Experience with an IDP or with SAMLized applications
  • 3 years experience with major brand firewalls, WAPs, and switching equipment
  • IT experience in an enterprise or server based environment
  • Recent systems maintenance and end user technical support experience
  • Excellent desktop and troubleshooting skills
  • Impeccable verbal/written communication
  • Exhibit a high-level of professionalism and sound judgment

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues and working directly with vendors to resolve hardware and software problems
  • Maintain systems, install new equipment, and make modifications to client infrastructure as requested
  • Assist system users by confidently troubleshooting issues.
  • Manage ticket queue by manually documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems while ensuring all tickets are responded to and closed in a timely manner
  • Create documentation on client infrastructure when missing or updated
  • Create Technical guides for end users
  • Interact with netGenius clients using clear and concise communication in order to facilitate ticket status updates and product availabilities
  • Effectively demonstrate a sense of urgency while acting in a professional, calm manner and manage appropriate and realistic expectations to ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Leverage critical thinking skills to evaluate all possible solutions and use appropriate judgment to apply the most effective resolution methodology

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
